If happy to proceed, we will then arrange a free in person valuation by visiting the property and confirming the rental amount you will receive each month, guaranteed.

*subject to condition of the property and how much money we will spend on agreed renovations.

What contract will we use for our agreement between you (the landlord) and our company?

We use a management agreement between ourselves and Landlords if the property has a mortgage.

We use a lease agreement between ourselves and Landlords if there is no mortgage on the property.

Both management and lease agreements are available of a duration of 2-5 years.
